Climbing Frames Etc. - Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Can you send me a brochure or catalogue ?
A. No. I don't do brochures or catalogues. This is a web business and all the information regarding the products, including pictures, descriptions, details, and prices, are all available on the web site. There is a small printer icon near the top of each product page which, if clicked on, will render the page in a printer friendly format if you really want a hard copy of the page. There is also a 'Send To A Friend' section on each product page where you can notify someone else of the product by email if you so wish.
Q. How much would it be to deliver to [insert your country here] ?
A. The only countries that these product can be delivered to is mainland Scotland, England, and Wales, plus the Isle of Wight. If you are in one of these 3 countries and live somewhere where the delivery would involve crossing water (eg. an island) then we would be able to deliver the goods to a mainland location should you wish to arrange and pay for your own transport across water. A number of customers have been happy to do this in the past. Please note once again that the locations where we can deliver are Scotland, England, and Wales. Any requests for delivery cost to Ireland, Tenerife, USA, or anywhere outside of Scotland, England, and Wales WILL be ignored. Sorry if this seems rude but it takes up way too much time when the delivery locations have already clearly been stated.
Q. How long will my delivery take ?
A. Main play structures are typically delivered in 5 working days or less. Accessories take slightly longer and are typically delivered in around 1 week. At peak times (eg. Easter, Christmas) deliveries can sometimes take slightly longer due to the high demand.
Q. What happens if the product I've order goes out of stock ?
A. All deliveries are sent direct from the main UK supplier. As they are selling to the trade up and down the country, it is possible for them to unexpectedly go out of stock on some items. Obviously this is something they try and avoid ! In this situation we are usually unaware of this until the order is placed. When this happens you will be notified as soon as possible. You have the option of cancelling your order or choosing to wait until the item is back in stock, or selecting an alternative product. The choice is yours.
