Galvanised steel swing hanger also known as a "through" swing hook. Threaded M12 bolt shank 120mm long with carabine hook 100mm long 50mm diameter. A nylon bush acts as a bearing to keep noise and friction low. A large flat washer and two nuts are supplied for fixing. BOTH nuts go on top of the washer, the first tightens the hook into the timber the second acts as a lock nut to prevent the nut unwinding with vibration. Sold singly so you will need one for a climbing rope and two for a swing or rope ladder.

This fitting is suitable for timber up to 120mm thick (5"). A fitting 140mm long is available to order. However the simplest method for fixing to 6" (150mm thick timber) is to drill a recess hole at the bottom for the hook to pull up into the timber, but not so deep as to prevent it swinging. Similarly a recess can be cut at the top to take the washer and nuts.
