Throw in some old cushions and carpet and lo! you have a space your teenagers can call their own. Large enough to sleep three teenagers in comfort. Beneath the cabin the picnic / play area (1.8m x 1.8m) is fitted with a table and two bench seats with enough room for toy storage over winter or a decent sand pit. This photo shows the optional extras staircase (an extra £155) & ships wheel (£18) & telescope (£18), normally a wooden ladder and a rock climbing wall provide access to the upper cabin.
This tree house really is made to a very high standard. The walls are made from tongue and groove timber and have been designed to allow natural expansion of the timber without having to to use nails or screws. The result is that the absence of any splitting in the wood. Pressure treated, planed timber is used to further minimise the likelihood of any splits or cracks in your play equipment.

Build time is approximately 12 hours with 2 people. This is one project where many hands make light work. As with all quality climbing frames for strength the uprights are buried in the ground.
